Recipe of the week! Chicken pot pie.

I can take absolutely zero credit for finding this recipe.   I am sharing this because my lovely friend Lori made this when little Belle was born.  It.  Is.  Amazing.

I have lusted after it since then.  My hubby was enthralled,  the kids ate it (YEE HAW) and it was rich, creamy goodness.

After hounding her for months, (or minutes but it felt like months) she very kindly shared with me.  Consider this a gift from both of us to you.

Lori recommends using refrigerated pie crust and rotisserie chicken to make it less labor intensive  and Mommy friendly. Happy, Happy eating friends!  The Baker Chick Pot Pie!
