Friday Favorites...June 7 edition

Ok guys, I am going to try and make Friday Favorites a thing.  Its a pretty easy way to answer one of my most asked questions, what are you using?  Reading beyond this point means that you approve of the updated privacy policy, found here, and the use of commissioned links.

Friday Favorites, things I love for the Spring/Summer

1.  Colored Lip Balm

But now I'm in the sun a lot, and I want to use something that I love (and also protects my skin).  I freaking love this stuff from Coola.

2. Sunscreen for kids

Because I am not trying to get more wrinkles, and because the kids need to be protected.  This one is not "safe" on EWG because of the aerosol, but when I am at the pool, or the beach, I need quick coverage.  This fit the bill.  You can read more about the EWG rated ones for kids here.  This one is cheaper, and also available on Subscribe and Save.  I do that in the summer months FOR SURE.

3. Sunscreen for adults

Same thing with the aerosol, and this one is rated a three non aerosol.  I actually prefer this one in a pinch to Goddess Garden, because it isn't white and sticky.  The smell is pure summer amazing.

4. Fancy shoes my youngest can run in

I couldn't find the exact ones, but these from Umi are pretty close.  Not only are they cute, and work for dress up, but they are durable for running too.  Winner!  My mom always stressed to me that good support shoes in kids are important, so I will shell out the bucks gladly.

As school is coming to a close, and the weather is warming up, I am remembering all of my summer faves. I LOVE the warmer season!
