Yes, my shirt says resting beach face and I love it. Get it on Amazon here.

I was challenged by Barleans to make a delicious summer popsicle.  I was initially like YES!  The kids will love this, but then I thought...no.  I am going to make a boozy, adult popsicle sure to make this mama happy on a hot summer day!  This post was sponsored by Barlean's, but all of the content is my opinion.  Here is a link to my updated privacy policy, and this post contains affiliate links.

You guys, this one is easy, and just a tiny bit healthy with the addition of Barleans superfruit greens.  I also used Zoku molds, and they make the MOST fun molds for popsicles.

Because if you are going to have a boozy popsicle, you might as well have some antioxidants, and get the fruits and veggies in for the day. AMIRIGHTORAMIRIGHT?

Did you see that I worked through the recipe on Instagram TV?  You can check it out via this link...

Recipe:

Ingredients:

1.Two cups of thinly sliced strawberries

2. One cup of vodka  (I used Hope, because it is organic, and delicious)

3.  Seasonal fruit (without lots of seeds) I used  one large peach

4. Barleans Superfruit (one spoonful)

5. Coconut water (small container)

6. Popsicle molds

Directions:

1. Thinly slice about two cups of strawberries.

2.  Measure out one cup of vodka and soak the berries for at least 8 hours.  I did it overnight.

3.  Peel your peach and take the pit out of it.

4.  Puree the peach with the measured container spoonful from the Barleans Superfruit.  My peach was so juicy, I didn't need to add liquid.

5. Line your popsicle molds with the strawberries.
