Naturpedic Organic Mattress, which one we chose, why, and a discount code!

When we moved, we threw away my son's mattress.  I am embarassed to tell you how old that darn thing was, so I won't.  Let's just say it was suuuuuper old.  Upon buying our new house,  I needed to find him something, and quickly.  As I am constantly trying to buy less toxic options for the house, I settled on Naturepedic.  Read more to find out what mattress I chose, why I chose it, how non toxic it is, the price and FINALLY a coupon code!

Here I am on moving day!

A few years ago I happened upon Naturepedic, and you can see the pillow unboxing here.

Just before we put the new Naturepedic Mattress on!

After a bunch of research, I chose the Naturepedic Verse.

We needed a queen size to fit the bed, which was a little bit of a bummer. Why?  The kids options are just fantastic.  Click here to find out more about the kids mattress options.

They have this 2 in 1 kids mattress that is waterproof on one side, and cushier on the other.  Accidents happen yall, and I wish we could have used this feature. (It comes in twin, and full, with bunk/trundle options.)

Why I chose the Naturepedic Verse, and the price...

Because it was a queen sized, we had lots of options from the adult lines as well.  After comparing them, we honestly chose it based on the price.  It was the least expensive option, with all of the features we were looking for, for the lowest price.  The Verse is 900 for a twin, and 1300 for a queen.  Click here for more information on the Verse!  And you guys this isn't me on my crunchy BS.  Your babes will spend 12 hours a day on this, breathing it all in.  I know I want my kiddos to have a healthy sleep environment.

Why choose Naturepedic instead of another brand?  How nontoxic is it?

If you follow me on Instagram you know that marketing of products is like the wild west. Companies can say all sorts of vague things about being natural, and it's legal.  With so much on my plate (and - lets be real - yours too) I didn't have the time to verify EVERY single claim of every "non-toxic" mattress company.  Naturepedic has ALL of the certiications from third party testing, including Made Safe which I love, they don't use any flame retardants, or toxic glues.  I don't have to think about it.

Let's face it, this is probably the last mattress I will buy for him, and I want to make sure its a good one.

I can barely type that without wanting to cry, but there it is.  If this one lasts as long as the last mattress did, ahem, then this is it!

Now for the coupon code for Naturepedic!

Ok you guys, use the code stainedwithstyle15 for 15% off of your cart...sitewide.
