Disney Day One!!

It was an insane day.  I'm pretty sure we won't try to pack so much into a travel day again.  Admittedly, I was riding the cranky train for awhile...not just the kiddos!

It all began with a 4 am wake up to make a 7 am flight to LAX.  The kids were great, and actually pretty easy on the flight.  Unsurprisingly, Belle was the hardest.  She is at that hard age, after movement but before reason.  She isn't entertained by movie and toys for any period of time.  My solution?  Snacks.  All of them.

We arrived and thanks to Britax and the clicktight, we had the fastest car seat installation EVER.  What a difference!

I wore my new Belly Bandit Mother Tucker Leggings on the plane and I am a fan.  They hold everything in where they need to and actually gave some compression, which is great for circulation on long flights!

Here's where we lost our minds.  We were unable to check into our hotel, at 10 am (WHAT?! Ha!), so we changed in the bathrooms and headed to California Adventure for the rest of the day.  It was surprisingly not crowded!  We were all crazy tired, hungry, and a lot cranky but we hung in there!

California Adventure is so great for little ones because they have so many rides that even babies can go on.  Ariel's Under the Sea Adventure is our absolute fave.

The little man rode his first big boy ride!  It was the Lightening McQueen racing game and he LOVED IT.

I made a seriously rookie move and brought two umbrella strollers.  I was worried about the airline not allowing us to gate check the double.  Seriously, why did we deviate from Southwest?!  Anyway, it was a really big pain to have to drag two strollers everywhere.  When I was solo with Belle, we were stuck.  ROOKIE MOVE!!!

We are headed to Disneyland soon and I can't wait!!

Xo,
Christy
