Three Ingredient Family Friendly Instant Pot Dinner

I am not kidding you.  My kids love this recipe, it's healthy, inexpensive, and you can make it vegan/paleo/diet fad friendly.  Still sounding too good to be true? By reading beyond this point you are agreeing to my updated privacy policy, and my use of commissioned links.

You will need to start with my favorite accessory, the slow cooker (or Instant Pot).  Everything that I love in the winter comes from my slow cooker.  It's just so easy and generally that means it's soft enough that the baby can eat it too.  Win, win!

Instant Pot Lentil Soup

You will need:

1. 2 Cups of Dried Lentils (I use the basic green ones)

2. 8 cups of water

3. 3 TBS Beef Better Than Bouillon (or any type)

Combine Ingredients and cook on low for 6-8 hours.  Or in the instant pot, set it to seal, and hit beans.

Because I'm super nice, here is a printable version.

Your #MommyHack is the Better than Buillion.  It comes in every flavor imaginable and it means you will never again carry boxes or cans of broth.  This may save your mommy back.  You can even buy it from Amazon from that handy, dandy link.  You're welcome.  I often just buy it from Costco.  You will never go back once you have tried it!
