A couple of weeks ago, I was showing some video about probiotics (and my littlest kiddo's constipation issues) on Facebook. I had so many messages and questions about it, I decided to reach out to my favorite brand Lifeway Kefir. While I had seen the products at Whole Foods, it wasn't until my experience at the organic trade show, that I really tried some of them. Lifeway GENEROUSLY decided to do a small giveaway of some of my favorite products!
