Many years ago, I was introduced to chicken rice. It is not actually chicken, but a delicious one-pot dinner with rice and hamburger meat. I have been looking for something similar every since. When I found this ground turkey recipe on Pinterest, I decided that I would try to adapt it for the Instant Pot. Not only did it work, but the kids loved it.
