This is such a yummy way to not only use the extra bit of starter from your sourdough, but make a family friendly meal in the process.  This pizza has turned into our weekend family tradition, and we are all loving it.  The pizza doesn't taste like sourdough bread, or at least my taste buds aren't that sophisticated.  It just tastes like really delicious pizza.  By reading beyond this point, you are agreeing to my updated privacy information, and my use of commission based links in the post.
