One of the things that I like best about this one (aside from them actually eating it), is how quick and easy it was to prepare!
1.You simply cook the garlic, and chicken (with olive oil and butter-YUM). Meanwhile, start your pasta water boiling, and follow the directions.
2. Add the sundried tomatoes and spinach (same pan-love that). Let it simmer on low.
3. In a saucepan, boil the cream and then add in your parmesan and pesto. (Whisking until it thickens and it is well blended.)
4. Pour it over the chicken and veggies.
It really couldn't be easier! Enjoy!
