Spring has sprung here in Maryland and WOW!  We are really enjoying the warm weather in my house.  Egg hunts are some of my family's favorite activities and though we didn't get chosen for the White House Egg Hunt festivities this year, there's always next year!

Here are some choices for Easter-time activities and of course, check the websites to make sure nothing has changed before you go!

Sunday, March 11- Special Needs Parents, this one is for YOU!

From 9:30-11:00 am Arundel Mills Mall will have a visit from the caring bunny.  They have designed what they are calling a gentle bunny visit, complete with lowered music and lights in the mall.  Find more information here...http://www.simon.com/mall/arundel-mills/news-and-events

Saturday, March 17- and beyond

Breakfast with the bunny-8:30-10 am at Arundel Mills Mall.

Green Street Gardens is having their annual Easter Egg Hunt in Lothian.  They have two egg hunts at 11 and 2, and the cost is six dollars per child. The event promises a parade and the Bunny himself!

Butlers Orchard is hosting Bunnyland!  This event has several dates throughout the month (weather depending) so please check the website for more information.  It is from 10-5 and boasts of tractor rides, a bunny visit, and LOTS of fun activities for the kids.  The cost is nine dollars per child and seven dollars for adults.

Friday, March 30, and Saturday March 31

Tudor Place in Washington DC is having their 10th Annual Egg Hunt and Egg Roll along with some fun crafts.  There is a small cost involved and you need to register for this event.

The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore is having Breakfast with the Bunny and features a variety of events throughout the day.  This event requires a ticket purchased in advance but it comes with zoo admission.

Saturday March 24

Monday, March 28-

The National Zoo is having their Easter Monday celebration, complete with an egg hunt, an Easter Panda visit and some special animal visitors.  This event is free and open to the public.

March 31-April 1

Clark Elioak Farm (my kids' fave) will be reopening for the season with their annual Egg Hunt Weekend!

Saturday, April 15

B&O Railroad Museum is hosting Easter Bunny Breakfast and train ride.  Registration and tickets are required. Saturday, April 15.
