Weekend Round-Up

We had the most amazing weekend!  First, the Honeybadger had a special visitor in the form of her Fairy Godfather and his lovely wife!  (I will never, ever correct her. It is too stinking cute.) They flew in from California for our big weekend plans.

First on the agenda: we went on her first real field trip.  Cue the ugly tears. My big girl rode the bus for the very first time while we all rode behind.  It was our first trip to the Baltimore Zoo and we had a short, but fun, time.

That same night we went to Camden Yards to watch the Red Sox beat the Orioles.  As the hubs and the Fairy Godfather went to college in Boston, they are both big fans.  So nice to get a sitter and have an adults only night!

The next day, after braving the Pediatrician's office (early) for an ear infection with R3, I set about creating flower arrangements for the main event: a wedding!

Some dear friends were getting married and my precious kiddos were the flower girls and ring bearer.  They were so well behaved and we all had so much fun.  It was a wonderful way to celebrate two people that we love.
